MaxProf and EST-Sourcing’s Commitment to uMgungundlovu

In a dedicated effort to propel local talent through educational support, MaxProf and EST-Sourcing join hands with the uMgungundlovu District Municipality, envisioning the upliftment of youth within the community. Marking the second consecutive year of their bursary initiative, MaxProf and EST-Sourcing reaffirm their commitment to education as a powerful force for progress and a fundamental cornerstone of a thriving society.

Educational Support in Action

Partnering with the uMgungundlovu District Municipality in April 2023, MaxProf and EST-Sourcing awarded bursaries totalling R97,960 to three outstanding students. Fast forward to 2024, an invitation from the uMgungundlovu District Municipality and the KZN Department of Education prompted MaxProf and EST-Sourcing’s attendance at the uMgungundlovu District Excellence Awards on February 21, 2024.

Celebrating Excellence and Extending Support

Pleased to participate, MaxProf and EST-Sourcing extended their support by assisting three additional students with bursaries. Notably, two of these students ranked among the top 10 performers in the district. Brightness Madlala chose Public Management at uMgungundlovu TVET College, Andiswa Ntshangase opted for Business Management and Accounting at the University of Zululand, and Talent Mbeje embraced the journey towards a Bachelor of Law at UKZN.

Investing in the Future

In 2024, MaxProf’s commitment to educational empowerment shines through with bursaries totalling R60,000. This investment reflects the positive impact witnessed and the vast potential realized within the youth of uMgungundlovu District Municipality.

Beyond Financial Assistance

MaxProf CEO Pratish Ramdas emphasizes that these bursaries represent more than financial aid; they embody a collective belief in the transformative power of education. The commitment extends to nurturing talent, fostering potential, and dismantling barriers to opportunity.

Recognizing Achievement and Inspiring Responsibility

Congratulating the bursary recipients, Ramdas acknowledges their efforts, dedication, and determination. These bursaries recognize past accomplishments and express confidence in future endeavours. He reminds students that recognition carries a responsibility—to honour the trust placed in them and to continue striving for excellence.

A Grateful Acknowledgment

In closing, CEO Pratish Ramdas extends gratitude to the Honourable Mayor’s office, expressing appreciation for the opportunity to be part of this transformative journey. The investment in education, he notes, will yield dividends beyond measure, enriching lives, fortifying communities, and shaping a brighter tomorrow for all.
