MaxProf was once again proud to be part of the Institute of Directors in South Africa (IoDSA) Annual Golf Day, held on 26 October 2026 at The Country Club Johannesburg in Woodmead.
The event brought together business leaders, directors and professionals for a day of golf, networking and relationship-building. MaxProf participated in two capacities, with a four-ball representing the company on the golf course, while other members of the team hosted participants at our sponsored watering hole at Hole 12.
Our involvement provided a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow participants, engage with industry professionals and strengthen relationships within South Africa’s business community. It was particularly special to have different members of the MaxProf team involved, both on the course and at the watering hole, contributing to the day’s activities and representing the company.
Our relationship with the IoDSA is an important one and extends beyond our annual participation in the golf day. MaxProf’s directors are also members of the Institute, reflecting our commitment to professional development, sound corporate governance and maintaining meaningful connections with an organisation that plays an important role in advancing directorship and governance in South Africa.
Through this association, we value the opportunity to engage with like-minded professionals, exchange knowledge and remain connected to developments within the governance and business environment. We recognise the importance of strong professional relationships and the role organisations such as the IoDSA play in promoting responsible leadership and good corporate governance.
Having attended the IoDSA Annual Golf Day over the years, we continue to be impressed by the exceptional organisation and the overall experience. Year after year, the event is thoughtfully put together, creating an enjoyable environment for networking, collaboration and friendly competition. We particularly appreciate the warm hospitality of the IoDSA team, whose welcoming approach consistently makes us feel valued and ensures that we look forward to returning each year.
For MaxProf, being part of events such as these is about more than participation. It is about nurturing longstanding relationships, supporting organisations whose work aligns with our values and creating opportunities to connect with professionals who contribute to the growth and development of South Africa’s business landscape.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the IoDSA team for their continued hospitality and for once again hosting such a well-organised and memorable golf day. We value our relationship with the Institute and look forward to many more opportunities to engage, collaborate and strengthen this partnership.
