MaxProf and EST-Sourcing bring Prosperity to Madibeng

In the heart of Madibeng Local Municipality, the Platinum Hub is set for prosperity, thanks to the unwavering commitment from MaxProf and EST-Sourcing. On Tuesday, February 6, 2024, their dedication took centre stage as they awarded R80,300.00 in bursaries to three deserving students, highlighting their continued effort to transform lives through education.

Investments in education have the power to create a lasting impact, shaping a brighter future for individuals and communities alike. Renusha Ramdas, the Director of EST-Sourcing, emphasized this during her address, highlighting the collaborative efforts with Madibeng Local Municipality and MaxProf since 2023. In the previous year, three students received bursaries totalling R109,300.00, setting the foundation for academic pursuits.

The initiative not only impacted the lives of Kedibone Modipi, Bongiwe Ndimane, and Kgomotso Selwadi in 2023 but also paved the way for Lerato Nkobene, Regomoditswe Madibane, and Thapelo Sekaja to enhance their lives through education in 2024.
Expressing deep gratitude, Regomoditswe shared the significance of the opportunity, emphasizing how it serves as motivation to improve academic endeavours and uplift fellow students. For Regomoditswe, this opportunity is a stepping stone towards realizing his ambition of pursuing a career as a scientist.

Honourable Executive Mayor Maimane warmly greeted everyone, acknowledging the remarkable efforts of MaxProf in making a meaningful impact in the community. In his keynote address, Mayor Maimane highlighted the exceptional dedication of MaxProf to Madibeng Local Municipality, surpassing the boundaries of service providers. He expressed gratitude, recognizing that their efforts would be duly acknowledged and recorded.

In his closing remarks, Mayor Maimane addressed the three students directly, affirming their deserving nature of the opportunity presented to them. He emphasized the potential for them to return and create jobs within the municipality, ensuring progress and transformation. “Carry in your hearts the understanding that someone with a compassionate spirit has chosen to grant you a chance at a better life each time you devote yourself to your studies,” he added, inspiring a sense of purpose and responsibility in the students.
