On 19 June, MaxProf had the privilege of attending the annual BEG Holdings Business Network Golf Day, hosted at Blue Valley Golf Club. This year’s event brought together leaders from the public and private sectors under the theme: “Golfing to Strengthen Public-Private Partnerships in the City of Tshwane.”
The annual golf day served as more than just a sporting event; it provided an important platform for meaningful engagement, relationship building, and collaboration between businesses, government representatives, and key stakeholders committed to the growth and development of Tshwane.
Among the distinguished guests in attendance were Dr Nasiphi Moya, Executive Mayor of the City of Tshwane, Cllr Eugene Modise, Deputy Executive Mayor of the City of Tshwane, and MMC Sarah Mabotsa, MMC for Economic Development and Spatial Planning. Their presence highlighted the importance of continued dialogue and cooperation between the City and the business community.
The event created opportunities for stakeholders to connect, exchange ideas, and explore ways in which public-private partnerships can contribute towards economic development, improved service delivery, investment opportunities, and sustainable growth within the City of Tshwane.
As a business operating within the region, MaxProf values opportunities that encourage collaboration and shared responsibility among stakeholders. Strong partnerships between government and industry play a vital role in creating an environment where businesses can thrive while contributing positively to the communities they serve.
The day was filled with productive conversations, networking opportunities, and friendly competition on the golf course, reinforcing the importance of building relationships beyond the boardroom.
MaxProf extends its appreciation to BEG Holdings for hosting an impactful event that continues to bring together influential leaders and organisations with a shared vision of strengthening Tshwane through collaboration.
We look forward to continued engagement and partnerships that support innovation, growth, and positive change within our city.
