The Mayor’s office of the eMalahleni Local Municipality provided us with candidates not only with high potential, but also incredibly humbling stories. After considering the candidates’ motivation letters, we were faced with the challenge to award funding to the most deserving candidate. This reiterated our purpose not only as a business, but the impact we have in these communities and the candidates’ lives.
