MaxProf Always Works Together as a Team

At MaxProf the aim is always to get the job done, no matter what the challenge. Here there is no such thing as, “This is not my job”. No, at MaxProf we identify the problem, assess its magnitude, determine the plan of action, and then we make things happen. This is how things are done at MaxProf, all day, every day, and that is why MaxProf is the powerhouse packed full of highly professional individuals achieving extraordinary results, all the time!

How do we keep the team focussed and on track? Easy, at MaxProf we do not only work hard, but we also play hard. We organise social events and team-building sessions to ensure that the team always feels valued and still has fun even when the pressure is on.

One such event was MaxProf’s annual team-building session hosted at the Zebra Nature Reserve, situated northeast of Pretoria from 5-6 September 2022. All MaxProf employees from Head Office and the KwaZulu Natal, Northern Cape and Eastern Cape regional offices attended the event.

Mr Douw Kruger, Facilitator and Teambuilder, facilitated the event. Through fun activities and addressing various teamwork activities and principles, the power of working together as a team, and ultimately being part of a successful team, such as that of MaxProf, was reiterated.

After this session, you can be guaranteed that you have the best team in your arsenal!
